Took over operational functions and logistics from Imaginex (previous Greater China JV partner), reclaiming landlord relationships from third-party operators. As GM Strategy Brands, handled 60+ luxury brands across 25 department stores, 18 shopping malls, and 8 outlets. As GM Distribution, oversaw DAKS, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, and FRED brands with capsule collections and exclusive product development for the China market.

The company bought back shares from Imaginex (Greater China JV) and Li & Fung (SEA — Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), and the team was expanded significantly during this transition. Set company marketing and communication strategies, managed regional advertising, A&P budget, CRM, VIP events, boutique openings, and large-scale fashion shows.
